If you are referring to the downloads publicly available on the NR NESA website, these are only updated at intervals (monthly?) and the last time the relevant one was updated was before the resignalling.

As it says on the site:
For up-to-date information and best user experience, we recommend you request access to the online system.

The public ones are downloaded three-monthly - the last one was available the day before it began, but the content was presumably just that of a printed supplement as it appears to be around six weeks beind changes on the ground.

I work for NR and have access to the on-line Sectional appendix.It is still showing the old boxes as being in use
