The Sectional Appendix shows the crossing as CCTV within the control area of Three Bridges. Not that it is controlled by Three Bridges, that is your assumption.
Therefore, any train driver stopped at the protecting signals for Littlehaven and using the phone or cab secure radio would expect to contact Three Bridges. Presumably the Crossing Operator at Littlehaven is supervised by Three Bridges and consequently a driver does not need to know who controls the crossing.
In my view, this is no different to an MCB-OD arrangement, the train driver doesn't need
to know how the crossing operates, only who to contact if there is a problem.
