Yahoo and BT Internet users

Unread postby John Hinson » Sat Apr 20, 2013 8:19 am

It is noted that Yahoo and BT Internet are currently (20th April) not accepting emails from our server. I assume they have decided we are a spam source although we are not listed as such on any standard blacklisting services nor have we received any complaints. One can only assume that one customer of theirs has marked one of our messages as "this is spam" when of course it is not.

If you normally receive notifications or Private Messages, these will not get to you but instead accumulate on the server. I have just manually deleted about 300 to avoid our server becoming clogged.

If you use either of these services please turn off your notifications. If this situation continues, accounts with apparently non-existant email accounts will become disabled - this is automatically done by the forum software after a set period of time.

Your co-operation is appreciated.

This issue was resolved yesterday afternoon, so no further problems should be experienced.
