Can anyone provide photographs or sketch's/information on the block shelf, diagram and lever description/pull plates on Littleton Colliery and Tipton Owen street shunt frames, did Littleton have separate release levers for the up and down mains

Hi Jan,

The only definite things I can recall about Littleton Shunt Frame are that it had an L&NWR tumbler locked lever frame with separate release levers for the Up and Down Lines.

I was an AMI / Signalling Inspector at Wolverhampton in 1993/94 and got slightly involved with what I believe was the last loaded train out of the sidings and a little later the last use of the crossover for short notice Single Line Working one night.

Sorry I didn't record more details now!

In the photo of diagram on the RMWeb thread I can see no mention of lever 5 but in the other photos it can be seen to be a blue/brown lever. Was it a release lever from Wolverhampton PSB?
Still looking like I know what I'm doing...............
