A contact of mine has an old enamelled signal arm 'blade' of the S.Rly 'corrugated' type, recovered from the former S&DJR after closure. In the enamel at one spot are the letters "N.E.Ltd" - what manufacturer might that be please?

The New Enamel Company of Birmingham (I think) made a lot of enamel doorplates for the North Eastern Railway. How about New Enamel Ltd ?
