Hello all,

Is there a list of the signalman who worked Bayston Hill box please? In 1911 and 1918 John Price gave his occupation as a signalman - at the time he was living at The Common, Bayston Hill so I think that he might be working locally. He was the father of my wife's aunt, Elizabeth Price, and I am trying to find out more about him. He died in May 1926. Is there a photo of Bayston Hill Box? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Ted White, Canada

Welcome to the Forum. Records of railway staff are kept by the UK's National Archives; see http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/. I haven't accessed these myself, but their website should help you find them. Good hunting!

This old thread might be of interest. It mentions a Bernard Price:
