If you don't have access to the SRS SB Register you can look up the individual boxes at
http://www.svrsig.org/gwmap/Map1940s.htm

From what I understand Coxes Lock Mill Crossing (aka Coxes Mill Crossing), was never a block post. When in operation it had 3 levers until its abolition on 18th January 1970, after which the crossing reverted to occupation crossing status as part of Surbiton resignalling works.

Addlestone signal box was not completely abolished as part of the Surbiton resignalling works. It was reduced from signal box status to crossing box status on 22nd March 1970. It was eventually abolished on the 6th January 1974.

Cooks Crossing signal box was also not completely abolished either. It was reduced from signal box status to crossing box status on 1st March 1970. It was eventually abolished on 28th April 1974.

Hampton Court signal box was reduced to gate box status on the 1st March 1970 (frame reduced to 15 levers), and was finally abolished on 23rd September 1979

A couple of other corrections:-

Walton on Thames GF 'A' had 5 levers (not 4)
Walton on Thames GF 'B' had 5 levers (not 4)
West Byfleet signal box had 35 levers (not 36)

Hope that helps
