I have found the following in SRS research note 39:

'INTRODUCTION OF COLOUR LIGHT SIGNALLING—Sunday, 13th AprilmWithin the Area,
Bricklayers” Arms Junction, Heme Hill, Balharn, Streatharn Junction and Gipsy Hill, Colour Light
Signalling together with Track Circuit Block Working throughout will be introduced on the above
date.
All Trainmen working through the above area must ensure they are in possession of Signalling
Instruction No. 2 CD.
{PIEW 14/15 CD. 1969) (R/SB 3120/9/12) (1)'

But I have found no trace of Signalling Instruction 2 or its diagrams.

I think this may be the abolished signal boxes
Signalbox displaced Levers
Old Kent Road 45
Queens Road 12
Peckham Rye Junction 32
East Dulwich 26
Knights Hill Sidings 17
Tulse Hill Junction 52
Leigham Junction 15
West Norwood Junction 20
Forest Hill (retained as relay room) 47
Gipsy Hill 28
Crystal Palace 'A' 26
Crystal Palace 'C' 42
Bromley Junction 24

I think you might find the SRS's Signal Box Registers invaluable for your research:

That is not completely correct. The list of abolished signal boxes were:

Old Kent Road Junction
Queen's Road (Peckham)
Peckham Rye
East Dulwich
Knoght's Hill Sidings
Tulse Hill
Leigham Junction
West Norwood

The area then became controlled by

Bricklayers' Arms Junction (Signal pefix 'F') (from South Bermondsey to Peckam Rye Junction (inclusive)
Streatham Junction (signal prefix ''BC') (from East Dulwich to Leigham Junction / Streatham / West Norwood Junction inclusive, including all the junctions at Tulse Hill)
Balham Junction(Signal prefix 'DC') From Balham Junction to Streatham Hill (inclusive)
