Hales Lane crossing Tivetshall

Is it possible the 'on Call' barrier crossing featured in the IRSE Green Book No 25 is the Electrically Operated Barriers featured on this diagram...?

The obvious question would be whether P A Langley worked on the signalling at Tivetshall! The book was produced in 1961, so the crossing shown must have been one of the earliest On Call Barriers

The crossing skew is about right for the photo on p4, and the offset signal beyond the crossing in the photo on p90 is the right style for 44 signal, and the two telegraph poles would be about right for the distance "142 yds from crossing " shown on the box diagram - unusual to see a diagram showing the distance from crossing to signal rather than to SB. Or does that distance relate to the Station crossing, given that 41 signal has a similar distance reference, which clearly would be irrelevant to Hales Lanes crossing? Also the signal for the opposite road is about right for no 4 signal as per the box diagram.

If this is indeed Tivetshall, what controls would one expect to see locking the barriers down - Down Block to Burston, D track or 30, 33 or 36 crossovers?
