No, Sturry works to Canterbury West under TCB regulations and to Minster under Absolute Block Regulations.

Canterbury West box works to Track Circuit Block regulations to Canterbury (Wye Area Control Centre (CWACC). Canterbury West signal box area of control really only covers the station area including the two CCTV controlled crossings either side of the station, St Stephens and St Dunstans.

Canterbury (Wye Area Control Centre (CWACC) controls the area London side of Canterbury West to London side of Wye Station also under Track Circuit Clock Regulations. Canterbury (Wye Area Control Centre (CWACC) is also located at Canterbury West.

Ashford IECC controls the area London side of Wye station towards Ashford International.

Rather what I expected but had wondered if Wye Valley had moved to Ashford leaving Canterbury West working to Ashford both ways.
