Mystery Caledonian signal box

Every day Robert Humm, the Stamford railway bookshop owner, posts a photo from his unknown collection in order to get an identification. So far all have been identified but this is causing problems. Can anyone help?

The sign on the houses looks like it may be “Gallowhill Road”. Gallowhill is an area in Paisley, so possibly that area?

(Edit) Arkleston Junction?

Looks like the place, Street view has similar houses and pre-fabs. If so it was controlling the entry into Greenlaw Goods station. Arkleston jct is a further few hundred metres backwards Glasgow. This mystery box lies between it and Wallneuk sb, which is at the entry to Gilmour St Station

Mad Mac
Many thanks for your help. They are happy with that location, controlling the entry to Greenlaw Goods

Greenlaw Goods was just to the east of Gilmour St Station, it lay in the 'V' of the main line and Renfrew Wharf branch. Photographs of the yard show the Wallneuk sb which was at the entrance to Gilmour St station, not the one controlling entry into Greenlaw Goods.

Street View shows the same houses and pre-fabs that were in the photo and the 1951 25" OS map has these clearly marked along with the position of the mystery box and the signals shown in the photograph.

I presume that Greenlaw Goods was also the main goods station for Paisley.
