ERTMS Failure on the Cambrian

Unread postby Tulyar15 » Mon Aug 1, 2016 9:40 pm

Does anyone know what caused the ERTMS failure which resulted in the shut down of the Cambrian lines on Saturday 30th July 2016? So far the I've only seen what's on Charlie Hulme's site:-

Not an ERTMS failure per se; complete phone concentrator failure at Machynlleth. No communication at all with approximately 125 crossings, so service was suspended on grounds of safety.
