Stoke on Trent Bay platform

Unread postby scarpa » Tue Jun 13, 2017 10:47 pm

Although Stoke on Trent was resignalled fairly recently I spotted a signal not generally used at terminus or Short Bay platforms as in the case of this station, and I wonder if there are any more stations the same. The stating signal at the north end downside short bay platform is a multi aspect head with a position 4 route indicator. Admittedly the route indicator applies to a route to the up main wrong direction. In most cases the signal would have a theatre route indicator for a Bay platform starting signal.
