Kettering-Corby

Double line working from Kettering to Corby started on 26th February and Network Rail issued a press release on 9th March. When I went to Corby on 8th when I left home the down line through Corby station was showing BLOK on railcam. This had disappeared when I got there and there were no stop boards, although the down line looked rather dubious for use - I noticed yesterday's diversions all seemed to cross to the up even if not booked to call.

Can anyone confirm if the down through the station is commissioned and/or is there ARS which may explain the routing?
