As most of you are aware who live in the north London area work is well under way with installing a third track between Stratford ( Lea bridge ) and Angel road stations along the Lea valley line. What I would like to know is will it be just a long single line or will it have passing places . Will it be controlled by Liverpool street IECC ( And then Later Romford ROC ) or Romford from the start ?

There was a Press Release from NR yesterday: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/feeds/new-track-installed-in-the-lee-valley-will-allow-two-extra-trains-per-hour/ which may help you find an answer!
