Drilling holes in sole plate

Unread postby kestreleyes » Wed Jan 17, 2018 11:46 pm

Very quick question, I am to be drilling holes in a soleplate to mount an fpl onto, but the sole plate isn't a pre drilled one with the holes already done, does anyone have a drawing showing the dimensions to drill the holes at in the sole plate, saves me going measuring up an already drilled one which is the other option

Many thanks
yep i floated the van in sandbach lake once

Sorry, no drawing.
Check if you drill any new holes, it is in relation to the existing chair holes, not the edges of the plate itself. Through experience the chair holes aren't always drilled centrally!
