Have the signalling arrangements at Longleat been covered here in the past. A recently received picture of the box there has prompted this question.

Don't know if it has been covered. I can tell you that the "Mechanical" signals are for display only. Drivers obey the colour light ones. Normal operation is one train only, alternate trains going clockwise and anticlockwise round the lake to even wheel wear.
