Herewith our list of open days for 2018:

SUNDAYS - except where stated
Jan 14th: 2pm to 5pm
Feb 11th: 2pm-5pm
March 11th: 2pm-5pm

March 24th: (Saturday): 10am-5pm) Extended opening for "The Big Weekend"
March 25th: (Sunday): 10am-5pm) an English Tourist Board initiative.
(Please note these dates are an alteration from the first posting of this list!)

April 8th: 2pm-5pm
April 22rd: 2pm-5pm
May 13th: 2pm-5pm
May 27th: 2pm-5pm
June 10th: 2pm-5pm
June 24th: 2pm-5pm
July 8th: 2pm-5pm
July 22nd: 2pm-5pm
August 12th: 2pm-5pm
August 21st: 2pm-5pm

Heritage Open Days*
September 8th (Saturday): 10am-5pm - extended opening
September 9th (Sunday): 10am-5pm - extended opening

SUNDAYS
September 23rd: 2pm-5pm
October 14th: 2pm-5pm
October 28th: 2pm-5pm
November 11th: 2pm-5pm
December 9th: 2pm-5pm

*We shall be concentrating our efforts for the Heritage Open Days on celebrating the 150th anniversary of the opening of the Midland Railway's 'London Extension' in 1868. We already have a photo display covering as much as possible of 150 years of the railway through St Albans.
We are also co-operating with Elstree and Borehamwood Museum - they are running an exhibition late January-late July 2018 looking at the development of the area brought about by the coming of the railway.
