I have added to my web pages ... tor1nl.htm
a short description of my attempt to recreate a bit of North Lincolnshire in my kitchen. It is on a far more modest scale than Richard Pike’s excellent simulations, but I wondered if it might be of passing interest.

lovely, I visited you many years back and was always impressed with the ashton junction in the kitchen :), I never did get round to building up the simulator boards you gave me ,which is something I should get on with really,keep up the good work sir !
yep i floated the van in sandbach lake once
